Something you should definitely do - that I don't do enough - is drink lots of water. And try not to smoke too many cigarettes. Also, try to get to bed at a goddamned reasonable hour. I've noticed the Strokes and other bands always talk about the post-show party. To me, the show is the party. Although I did go to the Strokes post-show party, and I felt like shit the next day.
